Reporting entity
The controller of personal data is FIF F & D GROUP LLC, 1a of. 3303, pl. Sportyvna, Kyiv, 01601, Ukraine, represented by Director Oleksii Russu (support@fiffdgroupllc.beer). Data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, where applicable, the GDPR.
Energy customers and partners
For electricity supply and trade: representatives' contacts, contracts, connection point and metering data, invoices and settlements. Where energy regulation requires, data is exchanged with the transmission system operator, market operator and metering administrators.
Construction
Customers' contacts, contracts, project documentation; landowners' data for site access where provided by the customer or public registers; names and entry times of workers and visitors at sites for occupational safety.

Holding activity
Within the group's trust and fund activity, the company processes data of representatives, beneficial owners and signatories of related entities as required by law, including legislation on financial monitoring. This website is not used to offer financial products to the public.

- energy market bodies (Note 2);
- vehicle registration authorities and insurers;
- notaries, registrars, subcontractors and carriers;
- banks, auditors, accountants, IT and email providers;
- state authorities where the law requires.
Retention
Enquiries — 6 months; site access logs — 12 months after completion; repair orders — 3 years; contracts, energy settlements, financial monitoring and accounting records — for the periods set by law. The website uses no cookies or analytics; the form opens the visitor's email program; fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the visitor's IP address.
Rights of data subjects
Data subjects may request access, a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent by writing to support@fiffdgroupllc.beer; requests are answered within 30 days. Complaints may be lodged with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Amendments are published on this page with a new effective date.
